Why now

Shasta County now requires defensible space around every home. We clear yours and get it squared away before fire season.

It's the new county ordinance (SCC 2025-03). Some homeowners qualify for an assistance program — we'll point you to it. You tell us what you've got; we do the clearing.

What we do

Tree & land · fire-defense

01Defensible space clearing

We thin and clear the 0–100 ft around your house to county spec — nothing left close enough to carry fire to the walls.

02Hazard & dead tree removal

Dead, leaning, or fire-prone trees near the house or lines, taken down safely before they come down on their own.

03Brush & ladder-fuel reduction

The low brush and bottom limbs that walk a ground fire up into the canopy — cut out.

04Stump grinding

Ground flush, debris hauled, your place left clean.

05Storm & emergency trees

Tree down across the driveway or leaning on the roof? We get out there quickly.

06Ordinance guidance

Not sure what the new rules require? We work to SCC 2025-03 daily and point you to the county assistance program.

Locally owned

In fire country, defensible space is what gives a home a fighting chance. So we do it properly, the first time.
